Timber decking is increasingly the material of choice for stylish or contemporary gardens. Timber has inherent warmth and beauty which enhances its surroundings; making the atmosphere somehow softer and calmer.
Harmonious to plants with which timber has a natural synergy, timber decking also works well alongside other materials and offers huge scope and design flexibility.
It allows you to create unique and captivating spaces and is ideal for both private and public areas.

COMPOSITE DECKING BENIFITS
COMPOSITE DECKING
Composite decking is made by combining both natural hardwood fibres and synthetic materials. The results of this process are then turned into high-quality deck boards that not only look and feel like natural wood but are durable, rot and algae resistant, environmentally friendly, easy to install and require minimal maintenance.
An immensely versatile material, composite timber combines the traditional appearance of timber with the durability and resilience of engineered composite. The result is a range of products that are suitable for both domestic use for residential decking or balconies, as well as for more demanding commercial applications at hotels, around swimming pools or on terraces and boardwalks.
MILLBOARD DECKING
At Millboard, we believe there’s nothing as beautiful as wood’s natural grain, which is why we’ve spent many years perfecting an innovative, wood-free outdoor alternative that’s just as attractive as the real thing, without the flaws of natural products.
The world’s finest wood-free composite, Millboard is made from a unique polyurethane resin blend, with a resilient Lastane® surface layer, ensuring that it’s anti-slip even when wet. In fact, we’re proud to say that it has the highest anti-slip properties available.
It’s also designed to withstand whatever the elements or everyday use throws at it. Where timber, wood stain and varnish will fade over time, Millboard is highly resistant to UV light. The non-porous material also resists moisture, stains, mould, algae and impact.
And it won’t splinter delicate feet or paws.
Millboard is the perfect choice for every type of space: big and small, residential and commercial. As well as the peace of mind of ultra low maintenence flooring, its unique design also means that Millboard can be quicker and simpler to install than timber, with no pre drilling or special tools needed – simply cut it like wood.
What’s more, although its appearance is virtually indistinguishable from the real thing, you’ll never need to stain it, worry about warping or replace rotten timber, which means that you can really enjoy living life outside to the full.
And because Millboard is made in the UK, using a low energy process system and only moulded from reclaimed natural timber, you can also feel good knowing that its carbon footprint is lower and it’s kinder to the forests.
